Blog Past: Old Failed Ideas

From a blog past a year ago, a simple point worth some thought:

Just because an idea didn’t work at a point in time does not mean it was a bad idea. There are multiple reasons for something failing – and one of them could be that the environment was just not right, and not that the idea itself was flawed.

    May be an idea ahead of its time is not a good one after all because it failed to identify dependencies.

    Or as is common to people with lots of ideas – that they just did not put in the required resources, effort and commitment to see the idea through to fruition.
