Rajesh – Computing as service for SME is the one which I think is a good idea. India is a country of SME’s. The challenge is how do you provide services at a cost which starts appealing to these SME’s.
What could help is the penetration of Mobile and using Mobile for solving business problems and providing them value for money.
These are the big local non consumers.
What is your experience in providing computing services to SME’s ?
Do they see value in these services.

Two way Governance also is a good idea except that one has to find a business model to make it a profitable venture.

Also for education, I think tough economic conditions will drive more usage of devices like netbooks. Their cost will keep coming down as
computing shifting more to clouds and netbooks.
This will be a boon for education consumption.
What would be needed in coming days is government opening up education sector, great content on the cloud and cheap devices to consume data.

    Thanks for sharing the presentation.
Computing as an utility for SMEs and mobile computing has a very large potential in India and can be used as a testbed before taking it to the global market.
